I am battling with PCOS along with my Endometriosis and Adenomyosis when I discovered how nutrition can tremendously help me in managing my condition. I got sick of hormonal pills and wanting to address and heal naturally and holistically.
Finding the joy in food preps and nourishing myself with good food leads me to focus on supporting the silent and unrecognized heroes—nutritionists and dietitians.
